About the Films

Food Matters “expertly showed the basics of how food is your true medicine and the key to good health. … It exposes the deceptive tactics employed by the food industry (but would rather you not know about) to create products that actually CAUSE cravings and keep you coming back for more.” (3) These additives include artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), and MSG, but also other, lesser-known chemicals.

Hungry for Change continues the story about how you can create vibrant health, abundant energy, and achieve your ideal body weight without dieting. (3)
